SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are custom made to order in our shop and ship within 3 business days of purchase.
Processing Time Every product is personalized after your order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery We ship via USPS and UPS to all 50 United States. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Benchmark Trading Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Free Shipping All orders ship free. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at the customer's expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at contactbenchmarktrading@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
