What types of tumblers do you offer?
We offer powder-coated stainless steel tumblers in multiple sizes and colors. Each tumbler is laser engraved with your custom logo, design, or text. Check our product page for current size and color options.

How does the ordering process work?
Select your tumbler size and color, upload your logo or design, and our customization tool will generate a live mockup so you can see exactly what your finished tumbler will look like. Once you're happy with it, add to cart and check out. That's it.

What file types do you accept for logos?
We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, and high-resolution JPG files. For the best results, upload a vector file (SVG or PDF) or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. If your file isn't quite right, we'll reach out before production to make sure it looks great.

Can I make changes after I place my order?
Yes. You have a short edit window after placing your order to make changes to your design. After that, your order moves into production. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What is laser engraving and how is it different from printing?
Laser engraving uses a focused beam of light to permanently etch your design into the tumbler's powder coating, revealing the stainless steel underneath. Unlike vinyl, UV printing, or sublimation, a laser engraving will never fade, peel, crack, or wash off. It's permanent and dishwasher safe for the life of the tumbler.

Do you have order minimums?
No. You can order a single tumbler, a full case of 24, or 1000+. We offer tiered pricing so larger orders get a better per-unit price, but there's no minimum required to place an order.

What are your pricing tiers?
Single: $32 per tumbler  |  6-Pack: $27 per tumbler ($162 total)  |  12-Pack: $24 per tumbler ($288 total)  |  24-Case: $18 per tumbler ($432 total). Volume pricing is applied automatically when you select your pack size.

How long does production take?
All orders are engraved and shipped within 3 business days. Rush production with expedited shipping is available for 12-packs and 24-cases at checkout.

How much is shipping?
Free on every order. No minimums, no thresholds. Rush expedited shipping (1–2 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air) is available at checkout for $79 on 12-pack and case orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. Our customization tool shows you a live mockup of your design on the tumbler before you check out. What you see in the preview is a rendering of your design on the color tumbler of your choice. Your finished tumbler will be identical in stainless steel coating exposed to the examples in the product images displayed with our logo. If there's an issue with your artwork that the tool doesn't catch, we'll contact you before engraving.

What if my order arrives damaged or there's a mistake?
If we made an error on your engraving or your order arrives damaged in transit, we'll replace it at no cost. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

Are engraved tumblers dishwasher safe?
Yes. Laser engraving is permanent and will not be affected by dishwashing.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing beyond 24 pieces?
Yes. For orders larger than 24 pieces, contact us directly on the contact page and we'll work with you on pricing. If you need it quickly, send the order with multiple cases selected and we will begin production and discuss discounts once it is in production. We're happy to accommodate large orders for events, corporate programs, or resale. We have fulfilled orders over 1000 units many times.
