All orders are produced and shipped from our facility in New Jersey.

Production Time: Orders are engraved and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.

Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground depending on order size. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping: All orders ship free within the continental United States. No minimums.

Rush Shipping: Expedited production + UPS 2nd Day Air is available for 12-pack and case orders at checkout for $79. Rush orders are produced and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every tumbler is custom engraved to your specifications, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Our Quality Guarantee: If your order arrives with an engraving error that was our mistake, or if your tumblers are damaged during shipping, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Incorrect Artwork: We engrave exactly what you approve through our customization tool. Please double-check your design, spelling, and placement in the preview before completing your order. We are unable to offer replacements for errors in customer-submitted artwork.
